About Gelatory

Gelatory is a small-batch gelato, dessert and coffee maker on the Isle of Man, founded in Ramsey in 2018 by Rory Dorling.

What started as one shop on Market Hill has grown to three trading shops — Ramsey, Douglas and Peel — with a fourth seasonal kiosk, Baby Gelatory in Port Erin, opening for the summer.

We churn fresh on the island. Cups, cones, and bricks of the good stuff. Coffee, hot chocolate, weekend sundaes, and the odd cheeky surprise.
